Mia is a 3 three year old rough coated, registered Border Collie. She is learning housetraining and has the basics down. She is excellent at pottying on leash on command. Mia is moderately active, but will relax in the house as long as her person is home. She kennels up on command and she uses a kennel when her foster parent is away. Mia likes exploring her world, snuggling, and chilling out behind/under furniture. She pulls a bit on a leash, yet checks in with her person often during walks. She ENTHUSIASTICALLY LOVES strangers because they might pet her. She has not been tested with cats, but wants to eat the ducks and chickens. Mia lives in a house with her sister, Ellie, but they should be adopted separately. Mia is far more carefree without her sister herding her. They always relax on opposite sides of a room. Currently, she has no interest in balls, frisbee, or toys, so she walks and romps in the fenced yard. Mia needs an above ground fence to keep her safe. Mia is being fostered in the St. Louis area.
