Becca is a beautiful, 2 yr old border collie who was found as a stray, very skinny and covered in ticks.  She spent some time at an Oklahoma shelter where she was adored as a staff favorite. She came into a MoKan BC Rescue foster home where she has blossomed into a beautiful girl both inside and out.  

Becca has a big personality with a playful spirit and smart, inquisitive nature.  Like many dogs who have had a rough time fending for themselves, Becca can be protective of her “things” around another dog.  With her border collie intensity, that can be a little intimidating for a canine housemate, so they’ll need time to becomes buddies.  She’s a noisy, rough and tumble player, so she will need a sibling who has a similar play style, or she would be fine as a solo dog.

Belly rubs and scratches through her soft fur are two of her favorite things and she’ll nuzzle in as close as possible for cuddles when it’s time to relax.  Becca knows sit and down and responds well to her name.

Becca is a blank slate, diamond in the rough, up for any adventure that you would like!  She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on flea, tick and heartworm preventatives.
