Rowdy is a sweet, relatively low energy short-haired red border collie. Because he's about 4 years old, he does need some exercise and attention. He is learning how to sit, stay, come, and lay down and he's intelligent and a pleaser, so he'll likely have these tasks down relatively quickly. He loves being petted (constantly!) and hates being left outside in the cold and snow. But he loves long walks, playing outside for short periods, and playing with other dogs. In his former life, he was an escape artist, but he has shown no desire to escape from his foster home or yard.
