Elsa is a gorgeous black and white BC female coming to us from a very small rural shelter in OK, as a stray. She is approximately a yr old and  puppy like, and on the smaller side at about 25 lbs.

Elsa is settling in to her foster home, with her foster sister, and has met other dogs. She does play well with all dogs as she learns the house routines and expectations. She also loves playing with toys and sticks in the yard! She hasn't lived with cats but not interested when she has seen them in the vet office.

Elsa is learning how to walk on a leash and doing well with a harness. She knows “sit, down, up, and off.” Her recall is good and comes when called. She is very treat motivated and would love to learn more! Everything and everyone is new to Elsa, she can be a bit timid and shy when meeting new people and kids on walks, given time, she warms up, and friendly. Foster mom thinks she would be good with children. She is blossoming every day, given time and exposure to the outside world, gaining confidence!

Elsa is not a couch potato and will need active daily exercise. She would love another active dog to play with and run. She is a blank slate, ready to join you on any adventure, walking, hiking, running, trick training, Rally Obedience, agility……..endless possibilities.She also loves to be with her people and can settle and cuddle.
