Higgins Higgins (Adopted 2021) Higgins wasn’t on the Mo-Kan Adoptable Dogs only a few hours before we saw him as our next family member. Meeting him we loved his joyous, silly personality that so reminded us of our other Mo-Kan adoptee, Tali, 2009-2019. Higgins is always out for “party time” whether it be pushing around an empty plastic milk jug or a big cardboard box down the hall. He is good at entertaining himself with a Milk Biscuit stuffed in a Kong or quietly crunching on an ice cube. He is a “pro-catcher” when it comes to popcorn flying at him.. We love watching him mature and become our perfect pet! Higgins is HAPPY!
Felicia Felicia (Adopted 12/2022) Felicia, and her mother, Ruby, came into BC Rescue after their owner passed away. We fostered both dogs and found a wonderful adopter for Ruby. Felicia wove her way into our hearts with her affectionate nature and her huge ability to learn new things. Felicia is a success story in herself, with her gains in confidence and trust because of her desire to please. She loves the freedom of the dog park, where it’s beautiful seeing her run like the wind with our other BC rescue (2012), Daisy. She brings smiles to our faces as her tail does a rapid thump, thump when we pass by her. We made the right decision to bring Felicia into our family and give her the security and love that she accepted so wholeheartedly. We are so very thankful for all the support that Mo-Kan BC rescue volunteers have always given us. It’s an amazing job they do to save these homeless pups.
