Adoption Contract Info
Adoption Agreement:

Spay/Neuter Contract:
Kansas & Missouri Laws requires all shelter animals to be spayed/neutered. If a dog is not spayed/neutered prior to adoption, ie it is too young, the adopter must agree to have the dog spayed/neutered by a specific date. See the contract on the Forms/Applications page.
- A spay/neuter deposit of $550 be be required and will be refunded after proof of spay/neuter has been given.
- No refund of the $250 spay/neuter deposit will be made if the animal is not spayed/ neutered and proof is not sent to MKBCR by the date set in the contract, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
- If the dog is not spayed/neutered by the date set MKBCR has the right to reclaim the dog an (the Adopter will be responsible for all veterinary, transportation and attorney fees.
