Brooks is a mixed breed puppy. He will most likely be a medium sized adult. He loves all people and appears eager to meet anyone new. He is good with other dogs and will initiate play but has also learned to pick up on signals from dogs that do not want to interact. He is safe around cats and appears non-reactive to them. He has one particular cat who has become his playmate. He has been around chickens and although he shows interest, has thus far been non-aggressive toward them. He loves toys and will happily play with other dogs and people or by himself.

He has a moderate energy level and requires lots of playtime as all puppies do, but will also happily sleep on your lap. He is crate trained and will sleep through the night in his crate with a bed and a couple of stuffed toys. He is still working on house training. Brooks will require an owner or family who is dedicated to continuing his training and development to help him become a well rounded adult.

Brooks and his three siblings (Cole, Mae & Lark) were found abandoned in a box in Branson, MO before being brought in to rescue with Mo-Kan.

Brooks is being fostered south of Springfield, MO.
