Elsie is in search of her forever home!

She is a calm and sweet girl who loves attention…in fact, she will demand you give her attention by pawing at you. Privacy is also not a thing with her…if her people are home, she has to be with them at all times.

Elsie likes to take naps, go for walks, sun herself on the deck, and play with her foster sister. She gets along with other dogs as long as they respect her boundaries and aren’t too rambunctious. Slow introductions with one dog at a time work best for her. Elsie takes squirrel patrol very seriously and is always excited for breakfast and seeing her foster mom get home from work.

She has not been introduced to cats or children in her foster home but has been friendly towards all the adults she has met so far.

She walks great on a leash, rides well in vehicles, is house trained and crate trained, although she always prefers the couch to her crate.
